Lamb & Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pizza crust on pizza pan.
  2. Brush with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with rosemary.
  4. Add layer of tomatoes.
  5. In medium skillet cook onion over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Add lamb (cook and crumble until no longer pink).
  7. Drain well
  8. Distribute over pizza crust.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese & bell peppers.
  10. Bake in 375 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cut into 8 slices.
