Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir well.
  2. Add milk, cheeses and seasonings.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
  4. Arrange turkey slices on toast and cover with the cheese sauce in lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Top with tomato and bacon.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, bake in a 425 degree oven until bubbly....about 10-15 minutes or place quickly under the Broiler for a few minutes.
  7. Serve Hot!
  8. Excellent!
