Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate ginger root, crush garlic, and dice scallion. Mix all ingredients together until sugar dissolves pretty well.
  2. Marinade your choice of meat (I use a ziplock bag) for at least 4 hours, but better overnight.
  3. Grill and enjoy! Serve local style with sticky rice and macaroni salad! Note: preparation time does not include marinating time!
