Directions:

  1. Boil water and bouillon.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. Add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
  5. Add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
