Directions:

  1. Add in bowl 4 cups lettuce, various kinds shredded
  2. 2 large hard boiled eggs
  3. 20g onion, rings
  4. 4 oz chicken strips, julienne
  5. 100g ham, julienne style
  6. 60g mozzerella cheese, julienne
  7. 100g cherry tomatoes
  8. Dressing:
  9. 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or low fat sour cream
  10. 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  11. 1 Tbsp Honey
  12. 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  13. Double up dressing if desired for more quantity!
