Directions:

  1. Place chicken in large pot cover with water.
  2. Season to taste and boil till chicken is cooked 20 minutes.
  3. Reserve 2 cups broth.
  4. Add stewed tomatoes.
  5. Boil till condensed, roughly 1 hour.
  6. Serve over white rice.
