Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray or grease 12 cup and 6 cup muffin tins.
  3. Mix together flour, sugar, orange zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, nuts and ginger in large bowl.
  4. In another large bowl mix oil,juice, buttermilk, vanilla, orange extract and eggs.
  5. Mix together the dry ingredients to the wet in three batches. Mix only until the dry ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until brown.
