Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine bran, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar in one bowl.
  3. Combine remaining wet ingredients ie milk, banana, chopped fruit, oil, egg white in another bowl.
  4. Mix dry and wet together, and turn over ingredients lightly just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Do not stir or beat vigorously.
  6. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
