  2. Put chicken in a bowl and cover with milk.
  3. Grind croutons into crumbs.
  4. Mix crouton crumbs, flour, and salad dressing mix in shallow dish.
  5. Place individual pieces of chicken in dry mix to coat.
  6. Cook in oil for 3:30 - 4 min (deep fry).
