Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and keep in sealed container.
  2. To make one serving: In a small bowl combine about 1/4 c of cereal into 1/4 - 1/3 c boiling hot water* (or hot milk or milk substitute) and mix well. Let sit 2 minutes or longer.
  3. *If making this raw, use warm water, and let sit 5 minutes or longer.
  4. Enjoy!
