Directions:

  2. You may leave a little chunky or purree, your choice
  3. Remove from blender
  4. Form into large cakes

  6. Dip in flour, egg and breadcrumb
  7. Fry til they reach crispiness desired
  8. Serve with your preferred fish sauce
  9. That's it!
