  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add the buttermilk and oil,mix well.
  4. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until just mixed.
  5. If it seems to thick,add more liquid.
  6. Just before frying on a hot griddle,gently fold in the berries,you want them to stay whole,only to pop open when they meet the heat of the grill.
