Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 cup. milk
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine butter and milk in saucepan, bring to boil
  3. Beat eggs til fluffy.
  4. Add sugar and beat.
  5. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
  6. Add hot milk mix
  7. Pour into a greased floured tube or bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 45 mins
  9. Dust with powdered sugar when cool and serve.
