Ingredients:

  • 15 to 20 wontons
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of chilly oil
  • 1 tsp of chilli paste
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of chinese black vineggar

Directions:

  1. Bring water to the boil
  2. Add wontons, stir, when the water boils again add 1/2 cup of water
  3. When it boils again add another 1/2 cup of water
  4. When it reach boiling point again add another 1/2 cup of water
  5. The wontons must be cooked at this stage
  6. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl
  7. Drain the wontons and toss well in the ingredients
  8. Serve
