Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 pieces and put into 9x13 baking dish
  3. In a small bowl,whisk together olive oi,honey and lemon juice.
  4. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with salt,and bake,stirring occasionally,for about 1 hr,until potatoes are tender.
