Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For the Crust:
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in a 9 x2 deep pie pan.
  3. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of pan.
  5. Peanut Honey Filling:
  6. Beat eggs,until thick,about 5 minutes,in a small bowl.
  7. Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir in beaten eggs.
  8. Pour into pie shell.
  9. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
  10. Pie will get dark brown on top,it will still be soft,but will get firm when it is cold.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Serve with whipped cream.
  13. Note: Cut into very small pieces as this is a very rich pie.
