Honey Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Combine remainin ingredients and allow to stand several miinutes so bran can absorb mixture.
  3. Add bran mixture to flour mixture, stir just to combine
  4. Fill lightly greased muffin tins 2/3 full
  5. Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Makes 10-12 muffins
