Directions:

  1. Rinse hominy and drain well.
  2. Chop green pepper, onion and celery.
  3. Toss hominy and veggies together.
  4. Stir in pickle relish, celery seed, salt cheese and mayonnaise.
  5. Chill and serve cold.
