Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or 1/3 cup safflower oil
  • 2 quarts popped popcorn
  • 3/4 cup peanuts

Directions:

  1. .Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Melt and blend honey and butter together in saucepan. Mix popcorn and peanuts and pour the honey mixture over it, stirring well. Spread in a thin layer on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp.
