Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to pkg.
  2. Brown hamburger in large skillet or dutch oven and drain.
  3. Add rest of ingredients to hamburger, mix together well, and keep on very low heat.
  4. Add cooked noodles, mix well, and serve with grated cheese on top and veggie of your choice.
