Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Spray a 10 pie plate with Pam. Mix berries and cranberries together. Spread berry mixture over bottom and sprinkle with the sugars and hazelnuts.
  2. Beat eggs well, add 3/4 cup sugar gradually and beat thoroughly. Add flour, cinnamon, melted butter and shortening to egg-sugar mixture. Beat well. Pour batter over top of berries. Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
