Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin cups or use liners.
  3. Mix together cereal and milk.
  4. Mix together applesauce, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Add cereal mixture.
  6. Sift together dry ingredients.
  7. Stir dry ingredients into bran mixture until just blended.
  8. Fold in blueberries.
  9. Scoop into muffin cups.
  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.
