Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and oil together and simmer until lightly breaded. Dip chicken and let sit for 20 minutes under a medium heat. Turn over after 20 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
