Directions:

  1. Place flour in an oven cooking bag and shake to coat the bag. Add onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic,basil and thyme,add stock and close the bag. Microwave for 3 mins. Lift edges to rearrange veggies. Microwave again for 2 min. Let it stand,open the bag and transfer to serving dish.
