Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the chicken and the pasta in a large stock pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and cook until tender.
  5. Serve over cooked spaghetti with optional parmesan cheese.
