Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place prunes, apricots and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer, uncovered for about 5 minutes, or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in bi-carb soda.
  2. Add peanut butter to fruits, then peanuts and cornflakes. Mix well.
  3. Shape 2 teaspoons-full into balls and roll in coconut or wheat germ to coat.
  4. Keep in the fridge until needed.
  5. This recipe would double easily.
