Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover filling ingredients with boiling water, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. Add-in wet ingredients and mix
  5. Spread base into floured square pan.
  6. Stir filling until smooth - consistency should be like that of applesauce.
  7. Spread filling over base.
  8. Cover with low fat granola or rolled oats.
  9. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
