Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine egg, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl and stir quickly into flour mixture.
  3. Dip pineapple slices in batter.
  4. Fry in butter in a large skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
