Have Your White Chocolate And Mashed Potatoes Too

Ingredients:

  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with cool water to a depth of 2 inches, and bring to a simmer over high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer until tender when pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
  3. Drain in colander set in sink and return potatoes to the pan.
  4. Add the white chocolate to the still-hot potatoes; stir until the white chocolate starts to melt.
  5. Stir in salt and hot sauce.
  6. Use an electric mixer at medium-low speed to mash potatoes slightly. Pour in the milk and continue stirring until creamy, about 1 minute.
  7. Serve at once and enjoy!
