Can't decide what to eat first?..... Dessert or the main course? Try these! The white chocolate takes the place of butter in this unique recipe. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
3 pounds yellow-fleshed potatoes, peeled
1 1/2 ounce white chocolate, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 dashes hot sauce(we love franks hot sauce)
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
Directions:
1. Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with cool water to a depth of 2 inches, and bring to a simmer over high heat.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer until tender when pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
3. Drain in colander set in sink and return potatoes to the pan.
4. Add the white chocolate to the still-hot potatoes; stir until the white chocolate starts to melt.
5. Stir in salt and hot sauce.
6. Use an electric mixer at medium-low speed to mash potatoes slightly. Pour in the milk and continue stirring until creamy, about 1 minute.
7. Serve at once and enjoy!
