Hamburgers With Caramelized Grape Tomato

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Place in a frying pan with a tight fitting lid.
  4. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until just done.
  5. Add tomato, and garlic.
  6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes or until tomato starts to caramelize.
  7. Plate and serve.
