  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  8. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well.
  9. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
  10. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheateed oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

  12. Place 1/2 butter un mixing bowl.
  13. Add in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and whipping cream.
  14. Beat until smooth and creamy.
