Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp feta cheese or 3 slices of brick feta
  • 4 -5 slices gyro meat , 4-5 thin slices
  • 3 -4 slices tomatoes , 3-4 thin slices

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs obviously for omelet, pour in pan, and cook evenly for omelet.
  2. Add pre-cooked Gyro meat from loaf, Tomatoes, and shredded cucumber.
  3. Before you fold omelet, add your feta evenly.
  4. Allow omelet to finish, remove from heat and -
  5. Enjoy.
