Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except turkey (or fish) into a large plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix. Add turkey medallions (or fish) to marinade, seal tightly and marinate at least 1 hour.
  2. Place turkey (or fish) on broiler rack and broil about 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, brushing with marinade half way through cooking time.
  3. Enough to marinate 1 pound fresh turkey tenderloin, sliced into 1/2 medallions or 1 pound of fresh fish. Makes 4 servings. Log one serving of this marinade for 3 ounces of cooked meat eaten.
