Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill on medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl mix onions, basil, cheese, salt and pepper, and orzo.
  3. Fill tomatoes with stuffing. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Place tomatoes directly on the grill.
  5. Close cover and cook for 10 minutes.
