Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grill pineapple and red onion until soft, about 2 minutes each side.
  2. Add scallions to the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl toss pineapple, onions, scallions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Plate and sprinkle with lime juice.
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
