Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the onion;
  2. Cut into the onion from the top in a wedge-shaped pattern, but not all the way through, leaving the bottom portion intact;
  3. Stuff slices of butter into the cuts;
  4. Place onion on a piece of foil and season;
  5. Wrap up the onion in the foil;
  6. Bake on a hot grill for 20-30 minutes.
  7. (You can bake it in the oven if you're not firing up the grill.)
