Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and trim the asparagus to remove the tough ends.
  2. Lemon Watercress Dip:.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, watercress and Southern Comfort in a small bowl until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate until ready for use.
  5. Now mix the marinade ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  6. Toss the asparagus in the marinade coating them well.
  7. Grill over medium-high heat for 2 – 3 minutes, just until tender crisp.
  8. Serve immediately with Lemon Watercress Dip.
