Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Position broiler rack 4 from heat source.
  2. Position another rack in middle of oven.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. On pizza pan or large baking sheet toss onion with oil.
  5. Broil, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer onion to large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  7. Heat oven to 450°F
  8. Place pizza crust on same pan.
  9. Spread crust with sauce leaving 1-inch border around edge; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and half of feta.
  10. Stir peppers, spinach and olives into onion in bowl; spread over cheese on crust.
  11. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme and remaining cheeses.
  12. Bake in center of oven until crust is crisp and.
  13. Cheese melts, about 12 minutes.
