Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook garlic in olive oil and butter over medium heat until garlic is golden.
  2. Add rosemary, stir through, then add broth and cook until liquid is reduced by half.
  3. Add spinach, and lemon juice.
  4. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is almost syrupy.
  5. Add chickpeas and set aside.
  6. Cook pasta as directed.
  7. Toss pasta with sauce.
  8. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper and serve.
