  1. In shallow dish combine chicken, zucchini, onions, peppers, vinegar, wine, and garlic. Coved and chill 4 hours, stirring frequently.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler. Drain Chicken; thread onto 4 skewers. Lightly coat with nostick spray; sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or broil 5-7 min, turn and grill 4-6 min longer, til chicken is not pink in the middle.
