Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large mixer bowl, with mixer, beat all the cake ingredients together with the exception of the pecans
  2. Beat for 2 minutes
  3. Stir in pecans by hand
  4. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan*
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes
  6. Cool
  7. Then ice cake
  8. * May use a Bundt pan, adjusting temperature and cooking time
  9. Also may use CREAM CHEESE ICING with 1 or 2 drops of green coloring
