Great St Patricks Day Cake |

Pretty, green, and very good. Great for St. Patrick's Day. Ingredients:
1 box duncan hines classic white cake mix |
1 box pistachio instant pudding |
1 cup oil |
1 cup club soda |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
frosting |
1 box pistachio instant pudding |
1-1/4 cups milk |
1 cup heavy cream, *whipped |
beat pudding and milk with mixer, then add whipped cream |
frost cake |
Directions:
1. In large mixer bowl, with mixer, beat all the cake ingredients together with the exception of the pecans
2. Beat for 2 minutes
3. Stir in pecans by hand
4. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan*
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes
6. Cool
7. Then ice cake
8. * May use a Bundt pan, adjusting temperature and cooking time
9. Also may use CREAM CHEESE ICING with 1 or 2 drops of green coloring
