Ingredients:

  • 2 lb chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash the chestnuts.
  3. Make a small cut on the side of each chestnut.
  4. Put the chestnuts on a tray, sprinkle with water and sea salt.
  5. Roast for about 45 minutes.
