Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the milk, yogurt and honey in a bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal and stir well.
  3. Cover the bowl in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and take out in morning.
  5. In the morning stir the muesli well and add additional milk if desired.
  6. Although the non fat opiton has obvious slimming benefits the whole milk and whole yogurt gives a richer flavor and consistency.
  7. Plain yogut is packed with calcium and protein.
