Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredents
  2. Add flour into mixture to make a stiff dough
  3. Roll out flat and spreas on paper or dish towel, hang over back of chair to dry slightly.
  4. On a cutting board, remove towel or paper and roll up jelly roll style.
  5. Use a VERY SHARP knife and slice off thick slivers of noodles
  6. Spread on paper to dry.
  7. Use this in your chicken stock with carrots, celery onions and parsley... it is like a great big hug!
