Grandma's Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 3 medium onions

Directions:

  1. Cut onions into chunks and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper chops and place in large baking dish.
  3. Cover chops with onions.
  4. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture over chops and onions.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour.
