Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can beef broth
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can beef consomme
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (6 oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium onion , shopped
  • 1 cup rice

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 1.5 quart casserole dish.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. I usually stir it after 20 or 30 minutes to mix up the onions and mushrooms, but it's not required.
