  2. Beat egg whites at high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form; fold into crumb mixture. Spoon into a greased and floured 9-inch pieplate.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
