Goldy Bear's Honey Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Set oven temp to 375°F
  2. Cream honey, butter, sugar and egg.
  3. Sift together and the flour, soda, salt, and spices.
  4. Chill one hour.
  5. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
